Very nice owner, good drinks and food for good prices

On the Day of German Unity, we were able to experience some GDR charm in a positive sense. The hosts are super nice and the trout was excellent. We'd love to come back again.

Nice people, good simple food and the delicious fruit schnapps "hicks"

Not for large groups. We had reserved and came to 9 including children. The food came in blobs, 2 meals were completely forgotten. The game was very hot. The older couple is very friendly, but if the rest doesn't fit, you still get angry. I can only make a limited recommendation here. In the end we were told that she actually doesn't accept such large groups, yes please, then tell us directly on the phone.

5 stars for this great place! A special insider tip. The menu is small, but the dishes are all very tasty and freshly prepared. Nothing from "the rod". The service is great. Our waiter was really nice and very personable. You have to go there when you are around!

Wonderful bike tour on the Ilmtal and Saaleradweg, unfortunately the restaurant is a bit off the main road, just follow the signs, it is worth 100%, great and very friendly landlords, great and inexpensive home cooking.
